Flight Service Manager American Airlines Arizona US

American Airlines is looking for Flight Service Manager in United States, based in Phoenix, Arizona.
A Flight Service Manager will occasionally work as a Flight Attendant.

Minimum requirements:

• Must be able to qualify as a Flight Attendant
• Above average oral and written communication skills necessary
• Shift work required, including weekends and holidays
• Current Flight Service, Passenger Service or Passenger Sales experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills preferred
• An understanding of working with a contract labor group is desirable
• Must be capable of effectively coordinating multiple projects at the same time
• Ability to read, write and fluently speak and understand the English language
• Pass U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) mandated drug testing requirements, including verification with previous employers regarding DOT drug and alcohol violations an/or refusal to test. Applicants are required to fill out "Department of Transportation Testing Inquiry" form which provides authorization for release of records from previous employers
• Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
• Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
